How much would it cost 10 years from now?

Looking into Moladi, adobe, strawbale and various other options. I want to build green and completely off-grid (cheaper land) but I am having troubles getting a good method that can be hand done by my family on the CHEAP. Moladi seems the best, but the forms are supposedly kinda expensive. Any links, advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Some have gotten the wrong impression in that I am a complete noob and uninformed. I researched adobe only before and was set on that until other options came my way. Already drew up plans for the adobe, but they are easily modified. Also, I am planning on an area where there are almost no building codes – so let the ideas fly!

Are you remodeling your home? Our friends Steve and JD did a great looking renovation. What made it something special was the fact that it was done using green home products and environmentally friendly processes. Reusing what they could, recycling what they didn’t need, FSC Certified wood, reclaimed flooring, soy based wall insulation, solar water heating and electricity, recycled rubber roofing, and the list goes on and on. We documented the progress over a year, and put together a 17 minute video from start to end of the construction. Hope you enjoy “Building Green” Part 2

Government mandates, tax credits, and rebates are adding additional incentives. A job in a green construction trade can enable a young person, with a minimal amount of training, to get a foot in the door of the green economy. Jobs profiled in this program include: Solar Installer, Lighting Technician, Energy Auditor.
